Rusia y Kazajstán están evacuando a más de 100.000 personas. El deshielo provocó graves inundaciones en ambos países.

Las inundaciones afectaron a regiones como los Montes Urales y Siberia, donde los ríos se desbordaron hasta alcanzar niveles récord. Las autoridades evacuaron a personas en zonas inundadas como Orenburgo, donde el río Ural superó niveles críticos. Los trabajadores están reforzando las presas, pero la situación sigue siendo grave. El nivel del agua sigue subiendo en algunas regiones.

Los presidentes Putin y Tokayev hablaron de la situación. Dijeron que había inundaciones en amplias zonas de ambos países.
