La situación es grave. Más de 100.000 personas deben abandonar sus hogares. No es seguro quedarse. El agua de los ríos sube demasiado. Las inundaciones afectan a zonas como los Montes Urales y Siberia. Los funcionarios dicen que la gente debe marcharse rápidamente. Los trabajadores apoyan las presas. Pero la situación de las inundaciones sigue siendo grave.
Los presidentes Putin y Tokayev hablan de la gravedad de las inundaciones. Dicen que hay inundaciones en muchas partes de ambos países.
