En Italia, Carlo Del Buono y José Cianni dirigen un negocio de éxito. Tienen una granja de grillos.
Su empresa, Nutrinsect, produce harina de grillo. La harina de grillo tiene muchas proteínas. No perjudica a la naturaleza. Al principio, importaban grillos. Pero ahora la granja de Cianni produce dos toneladas de harina de grillo al mes. En Italia, está bien utilizar grillos en la comida. La gente compra mucho los productos de Nutrinsect.
Del Buono es pizzero. Intentan hacer pizza de grillos. Ponen polvo de grillo en la masa. A algunas personas no les gusta esta idea. Pero Del Buono planea tener pronto pizza de grillos en su menú.
