El 12º concurso anual de vestidos de novia de papel higiénico tuvo lugar en Nueva York. Los diseñadores sólo podían utilizar papel higiénico, pegamento, cinta adhesiva, agujas e hilo para crear los vestidos. El vestido llamado ”Winter Las” ganó el concurso y una tormenta de nieve inspiró a su creadora.
