Hannah Gutierrez-Reed es la armera de la película ‘Rust‘. Cuida de las armas durante el rodaje de la película.
En marzo de 2021, entrega una pistola al actor Alec Baldwin. Pero en la pistola hay balas de verdad. Baldwin dispara y mata a un director de fotografía. Gutiérrez-Reed ingresa en prisión durante 18 meses. El juez dice que Gutiérrez-Reed debe asegurarse de que el arma es segura. Pero no lo hace. Comete un error. Y una persona muere a causa de su error.
