Los musulmanes de todo el mundo celebraron el Eid al-Fitr, fiesta que marca el final del Ramadán.
Pero la gente no disfrutó de la festividad tanto como normalmente debido al conflicto de Gaza. Líderes de Turquía, Kenia e Indonesia expresaron su apoyo a Gaza y pidieron la paz. En Malasia, distintos grupos expresaron unidad y respeto.
Aunque la gente lo celebró, el conflicto afectó a su estado de ánimo. Para muchas personas, es importante recordar las cosas malas que ocurren en el mundo. Creen que es importante ser amables y apoyarse mutuamente en los momentos difíciles.
