A algunos jugadores les encantan los juegos de survival horror como Resident Evil y Silent Hill. En la Gamescom de Alemania, los fans dicen que estos juegos dan miedo y son emocionantes.

También dicen que los juegos cuentan buenas historias. Los creadores quieren mantener el miedo pero también dar nuevas ideas.

Silent Hill F transcurre en Japón en la década de 1960. No se trata de combates rápidos. Se trata más bien de sensaciones extrañas y pensamientos aterradores.

Resident Evil Requiem ya tiene 30 años. El juego muestra de nuevo Raccoon City. Tiene mejores imágenes y dos formas de jugar. La protagonista es una mujer llamada Grace. Los creadores dicen que el horror debe seguir siendo la parte más importante del juego.
