Caviar ecológico – nivel 2
03-03-2026 15:00 En el sur de España, una granja produce caviar ecológico. La granja elabora el caviar únicamente a partir de huevas de pescado y sal, sin ningún otro producto químico. Los peces viven en agua de manantial limpia y se alimentan de comida ecológica. La granja no apresura el crecimiento de los peces. Produce alrededor de dos toneladas de caviar al año y lo vende a muchos países. El caviar más caro puede costar 8000 euros el kilo. La empresa también vende carne de pescado. Los directivos afirman que la etiqueta ecológica demuestra que el producto es de alta calidad. Algunos restaurantes utilizan ahora el caviar con más frecuencia porque no es tan caro como antes. La mayor parte del caviar del mundo procede de China.
