Caviar ecológico – nivel 1

03-03-2026 15:00 Una granja en el sur de España produce caviar ecológico. El caviar son huevas de pescado con sal. Los peces viven en aguas limpias y se alimentan de comida natural. La granja no acelera el crecimiento de los peces. Produce alrededor de dos toneladas de caviar al año y lo vende a muchos países.

El mejor caviar puede costar 8000 euros el kilo. La granja también vende carne de pescado. La empresa afirma que el producto ecológico es muy bueno. Algunos restaurantes venden ahora más caviar porque es más barato que antes. La mayor parte del caviar del mundo procede de China.
