Las comadronas ayudan a los migrantes mexicanos – nivel 1

Muchos mexicanos quieren llegar a EEUU. Algunas mujeres están embarazadas. Están recibiendo ayuda de amables comadronas en México. Estas comadronas son voluntarias. Esto significa que no reciben dinero por su trabajo.

Estas comadronas visitan refugios y campamentos. Comprueban la salud de las madres y los bebés. También dan masajes y consejos. Ayudan a las madres a ir al médico.

Una madre deja de viajar porque su bebé llegará pronto. Un médico la revisa cada dos semanas. Las madres dicen que las comadronas son amables y cariñosas. Les ayudan a sentirse fuertes y seguras en los momentos difíciles.
