El fármaco reduce el riesgo de enfermedad grave en casi un 90%, razón por la que muchos países estaban interesados en él. Pero la demanda disminuyó. Muchas personas ya se han vacunado y no hay tantos casos nuevos. Además, el fármaco tiene dos componentes, lo que supone más retos para los médicos. El fármaco puede interactuar con otros medicamentos, sobre todo en pacientes mayores.
