Conducir en la UE a los 17 años – nivel 1

La UE quiere que las carreteras sean seguras. Dice que los jóvenes de 17 años pueden conducir. Pero necesitan ir acompañados de un adulto. Estos jóvenes conductores tendrán normas especiales durante dos años. No deben beber y conducir. Eso es muy malo.
En los exámenes de conducir se pedirán cosas nuevas. La gente debe tener más cuidado con los peatones y las bicicletas. La UE también habla de salud. Algunas personas van al médico. Otras rellenan un papel para decir que se sienten bien.
También habrá un nuevo carné digital. Esto significa que la gente podrá tenerlo en su teléfono. Pero pueden seguir utilizando una tarjeta. Algunas personas tienen miedo de los problemas informáticos. La UE dice que será seguro.
