Conducir en la UE a los 17 años – nivel 2

La UE quiere que las carreteras sean más seguras, y una idea es dejar que los jóvenes de 17 años conduzcan coches.
Podrán hacerlo si les acompaña un adulto con carné. Estos jóvenes conductores tendrán dos años con normas especiales. Si beben y conducen, el castigo será más duro.
También cambiarán los exámenes de conducir. Comprobarán si se ven peligros como peatones y ciclistas. Los controles de salud también forman parte de las nuevas normas. Algunos países pedirán visitas al médico, otros pedirán a los conductores que comprueben su estado de salud.
La UE también introducirá un permiso de conducir digital en 2028. Pero la gente puede seguir utilizando uno de papel. A algunos les preocupan los piratas informáticos, pero los dirigentes de la UE dicen que el sistema digital será seguro.
