Filipinas está enfadada con China. Dicen que China pone barreras en el mar. Estas barreras detienen a los pescadores filipinos.

Los guardacostas y la oficina de pesca de Filipinas no están contentos. China dice que el mar le pertenece y que puede hacer lo que quiera. Pero otros países como Vietnam, Malasia, Brunei, Indonesia y Filipinas también dicen que es suyo. El lugar por el que luchan se llama Scarborough Shoal. China se lo arrebata a Filipinas. Esto ocurrió en 2012. Pero más tarde, China permite a los pescadores filipinos ir allí.

Ahora, vuelve a ser un problema porque China pone barreras en el mar. Esto repercute negativamente en los pescadores filipinos y en sus vidas.
