California, Estados Unidos, tiene problemas con las tormentas de nieve. Las tormentas traen nieve, lluvia y viento.

Un tiempo tan extremo es muy inusual en California. También hace mucho frío. Nieva copiosamente en las montañas. El viento alcanza los 100 kilómetros por hora. Llueve mucho en las llanuras. Las autoridades tienen que cerrar las carreteras alrededor de Los Ángeles debido a las inundaciones.

Casi 85.000 hogares y empresas se quedan sin electricidad. Las autoridades piden a la gente que no viaje si no es realmente importante. Las tormentas continuarán al menos hasta el miércoles.
