Los chatbots pueden trabajar con información. Investigan y redactan informes. También son muy creativos. Algunas empresas ya utilizan chatbots para trabajar. Trabajan rápido. No necesitan descansar. Los chatbots escriben cartas legales para algunas empresas jurídicas del Reino Unido. Esto ahorra trabajo a las personas. Y las empresas ahorran dinero.
