Migrantes venezolanos en Guantánamo – nivel 2

Unos 200 migrantes venezolanos regresaron de Estados Unidos a Venezuela. Permanecieron en un centro de detención estadounidense en la Bahía de Guantánamo, Cuba.

Grupos de derechos humanos afirman que no pudieron hablar con abogados, pero el presidente de Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, dice que su gobierno les ayudó a regresar. La deportación no fue sencilla. Estados Unidos los llevó primero a Honduras, y luego un avión venezolano los trasladó a casa.

Se trata de la segunda deportación en un mes. Estados Unidos afirma que algunos de los migrantes formaban parte de una peligrosa banda, pero Venezuela dice que no es cierto. No había miembros de ninguna banda entre el primer grupo de repatriados. Las personas sin problemas penales podrán volver a casa.
