El gobierno británico quiere nuevos reactores nucleares pequeños en Anglesey. Los trabajadores empezarán el trabajo el año que viene. El plan es producir energía para tres millones de hogares en la década de 2030.
Los reactores son pequeños, rápidos de construir y no tan caros como las grandes centrales nucleares. Los habitantes de la isla esperan nuevos puestos de trabajo. Actualmente, muchos jóvenes abandonan la isla en busca de trabajo. Los funcionarios dicen que los reactores pueden ayudar a las familias a quedarse. El plan también aporta dinero y nuevas oportunidades para la comunidad.
