El Eden Project tiene problemas – nivel 2

El Eden Project cumple veinticinco años. Es un jardín enorme en Cornualles, Reino Unido, con grandes cúpulas de cristal. Dentro de estas cúpulas hay una selva tropical de verdad con muchas plantas diferentes.

Millones de personas van allí cada año para ver los árboles y aprender sobre el mundo. El proyecto usa agua caliente del subsuelo para mantenerse caliente. Es un lugar muy especial para familias y colegios. Pero hoy en día, el proyecto tiene algunos problemas graves. Ahora hay menos gente que visita los jardines, así que la empresa no tiene suficiente dinero. Han tenido que despedir a muchos trabajadores. A los responsables les entristece esto, pero quieren mantener vivo el sueño. Esperan que pronto vuelvan nuevos visitantes para ver el hermoso bosque.
