Tesla gana en los tribunales – nivel 2

Un tribunal de California dictaminó que la función Autopilot de Tesla no falló en lo que podría ser el primer juicio relacionado con un accidente en el que estuvo implicado el software.
Tesla desarrolló e introdujo su sistema Autopilot y de conducción autónoma total. El director ejecutivo, Elon Musk, cree que estas tecnologías son muy importantes para el futuro de la empresa, pero el gobierno las está vigilando de cerca. Justine Hsu demandó a Tesla el año pasado. Afirmó que su Model S chocó contra un bordillo mientras estaba en Autopilot, y sufrió lesiones. Alegó problemas con el Piloto Automático y el sistema de airbag.
Tesla dijo que no cometió ningún error y afirmó que Hsu utilizó el Piloto Automático en las calles de la ciudad, lo que no estaba permitido. El tribunal dijo que Tesla no era responsable del accidente y Hsu no recibió indemnización alguna.
