Referéndum nacional en Suiza – nivel 1

Suiza celebra un referéndum. La gente dice no a dos grandes ideas nuevas.

En primer lugar, rechazan el plan de hacer el servicio nacional para las mujeres. Ahora, sólo los hombres jóvenes deben hacer el servicio militar o civil. El plan fracasa porque a mucha gente le preocupan los costes adicionales. Además, las mujeres ya hacen mucho trabajo sin dinero.

En segundo lugar, el país vota en contra de un nuevo impuesto para los muy ricos. Este impuesto se aplicaría a los regalos y objetos que los ricos reciben tras la muerte de alguien. El plan no funciona. A muchos dirigentes les preocupa que el impuesto haga que los ricos y su dinero abandonen Suiza.
