El reciente descubrimiento de un esqueleto de 4.000 años de antigüedad puede arrojar luz sobre la vida de las personas que pudieron vivir cerca de Stonehenge.
Los arqueólogos desenterraron el esqueleto de un adolescente entre Stonehenge y Avebury, el mayor círculo de piedras neolítico de Europa, que se encuentra a unos 40 kilómetros de Stonehenge.
El principal arqueólogo describió el hallazgo como un “descubrimiento maravilloso”. El cuerpo, que se cree que data de la Edad de Bronce, se encontró en posición fetal. También había un collar de ámbar sobre el esqueleto. Los arqueólogos están intentando averiguar la edad y el sexo del antiguo antepasado.
