Muchos habitantes de Iași (Rumania) acuden cada año a la romería de Santa Parascheva. Dura ocho días y termina el 14 de octubre, fiesta de la santa.
La gente hace largas colas bajo la lluvia y el frío para ver las reliquias de la santa y rezar. Se sienten felices e inspirados cuando la visitan. La ciudad y la catedral tienen muchas flores para la celebración. La gente decora las calles y el patio con muchas flores.
Las reliquias de Santa Parascheva tienen una larga historia. Viajaron de Grecia, Serbia y Bulgaria a Iași en 1641. La Iglesia Ortodoxa Rumana la eligió santa en 1955. Miles de personas la visitan todos los años, lo que demuestra la importancia de la celebración en Rumania.
