Rusia tiene un nuevo submarino llamado Imperator Alejandro III. Dispara un gran misil llamado Bulava desde debajo del mar en el Mar Blanco. El misil impacta en un lugar lejano de la península de Kamchatka.
La Marina se hará con el submarino si la prueba del misil sale bien. El submarino tiene 16 misiles Bulava. Pueden viajar hasta 8.000 kilómetros.
El presidente Putin fortalece el ejército ruso desde 1999. Dice que Rusia y Estados Unidos no se hablan en absoluto. Eso está muy mal. Pero los dos países volverán a hablar algún día.
