La BBC descubre que algunos lugares de comida, como pequeños restaurantes y supermercados, de Inglaterra y Gales no son honestos. Mienten sobre la higiene de sus alimentos.
La higiene alimentaria son normas sobre cómo conservar y preparar los alimentos. La Agencia de Normas Alimentarias da una puntuación de cero a cinco para indicar si un lugar está limpio y es seguro. Pero algunos lugares ponen puntuaciones mejores de las que realmente tienen. Por ejemplo, una tienda Sainsbury’s dice que tiene una puntuación de cinco. Pero es un cero.
Los reporteros de la BBC preguntan a algunos lugares al respecto. Dicen que no mienten. Otros no dicen nada en absoluto. Los expertos dicen que este problema se da en muchos lugares del Reino Unido.
