Polonia derribó drones rusos que sobrevolaban su espacio aéreo. El ejército polaco calificó esta agresión de riesgo para la seguridad de las personas. El primer ministro Donald Tusk dijo que muchos drones entraron en Polonia, y los que eran peligrosos fueron destruidos.

Se encontraron partes de los drones cerca de la frontera, y los aeropuertos, incluido el de Varsovia, cerraron durante un breve periodo de tiempo. Tusk también dijo que está en contacto con la OTAN y otros aliados. Los expertos dicen que esto puede formar parte del plan de Rusia para poner a prueba o asustar a la OTAN. Al mismo tiempo, los ministros de Defensa de Polonia y otros países se reúnen en Londres para hablar de más ayuda a Ucrania.

Continúan los combates en Donbás, donde Rusia controla la mayor parte de Luhansk, pero Ucrania aún mantiene en su poder algunas grandes ciudades de Donetsk.
