Japón tiene nuevas normas para las bicicletas. Mucha gente va en bici por Japón. A veces es peligroso.

Ahora, la policía está vigilando. No puedes usar el móvil mientras vas en bici. No puedes llevar un paraguas cuando llueve. Si infringes una norma, tienes que pagar dinero. A ese dinero se le llama multa. La policía quiere ayudar a las personas que van andando. Una mujer tuvo un choque con una bicicleta. Todavía le duele el hombro. Estas nuevas normas son para todos los mayores de 16 años. Hay que tener cuidado y respetar las señales.
