La UE celebrará elecciones del 6 al 9 de junio.
Los ciudadanos elegirán a 720 legisladores. Cada país tiene un número diferente de escaños. Alemania es el que más tiene, con 96 escaños. Cada país de la UE debe tener al menos seis legisladores. Estos legisladores ayudarán a elegir al presidente de la Comisión Europea. La migración es un gran problema. Muchos emigrantes mueren cuando intentan llegar a la UE. La UE tiene una nueva ley para resolver el problema de la migración. Los países pueden enviar a los migrantes a otros países de la UE o devolverlos a sus países. Esto preocupa a algunos grupos por los derechos humanos.
La migración es un tema importante en países como Grecia e Italia. Un estudio muestra que no es la mayor preocupación para la mayoría de los europeos.
