Hoy en día, mucha gente usa máscaras LED para mejorar el aspecto de su piel. Estas máscaras parecen sacadas de una película y proyectan luz roja o azul sobre tu cara.
La luz roja suele usarse para las arrugas, y la azul, para el acné. Puedes usarlas en casa unos diez minutos al día.
Hay quien dice que su piel tiene mucho mejor aspecto después de usar la máscara. Pero los científicos dicen que hay que tener cuidado. Las máscaras que se compran por internet no son tan potentes como las luces de la consulta del médico. Además, no hay muchos estudios a gran escala que demuestren que funcionan a la perfección.
Algunos expertos creen que la razón por la que la gente se siente mejor es que se relajan mientras llevan puesta la máscara. Si tienes algún problema de piel, siempre es buena idea consultar a un médico antes de comprar aparatos tan caros.
