Un hombre en Italia ayuda a los animales pequeños. Se llama Dr. Massimo Vacchetta. Tiene una clínica para erizos enfermos. Algunos están heridos. Otros están enfermos. Les da comida y les ayuda a ponerse fuertes.
Los erizos viven en la naturaleza. Comen bichos. Ayudan a la Tierra. Pero muchos erizos mueren. Los coches, los incendios y las herramientas de jardinería les hacen daño. También enferman por los bichos o la mala comida.
El médico trabaja todos los días. Les da agua y cuidados. Algunos erizos mejoran. Otros no. La gente envía dinero para ayudar. Estos animalitos son importantes.
