IKEA vende menos – nivel 2

Las ventas de IKEA bajaron por segundo año consecutivo porque la empresa sigue bajando los precios para que la gente gaste menos.
Los precios son un 10% más bajos que antes, pero aun así las ventas totales cayeron un 1%, hasta 44.600 millones de euros. Aun así, la gente compró más productos y visitó las tiendas IKEA con más frecuencia.
El jefe de IKEA, Jon Abrahamsson Ring, dijo que la empresa puede planificar a largo plazo y quiere ayudar a los clientes que tienen menos dinero. En EE.UU., IKEA subió algunos precios debido a los elevados aranceles, pero intenta pagar ella misma parte del sobrecoste.
El Grupo Ingka, principal socio de IKEA, también registró un descenso del 1,6% en las ventas, pero espera que pronto lleguen tiempos mejores.
