Alemania busca médicos de otros países para trabajar en hospitales. El país ayuda con el alojamiento, los visados y el aprendizaje del alemán.

Los médicos deben pasar exámenes y trabajar con médicos mayores. El Dr. Freddy Bautista Vanegas viene de Bolivia. Los pacientes como él hablan de su país. El programa ayuda a México y Colombia porque muchos estudiantes quieren trabajar como médicos.

Alemania necesita más médicos porque muchos puestos de trabajo están vacíos. Cada estado tiene normas diferentes, así que los médicos necesitan ayuda para hacer el trabajo. Deben conseguir los papeles adecuados para trabajar como médico en dos años. Bautista Vanagas estudia para su último examen para terminar el programa.
