La gente tira muchas cosas y busca lugares donde depositar sus residuos. Aparecen vertederos alternativos a cientos de metros de sus casas. Los residuos se acumulan y algunas personas empiezan a preocuparse por la salud de sus hijos. Los médicos informan de problemas cutáneos y fiebres inusuales, que asocian con los residuos.
Los funcionarios dicen que los residuos podrían contaminar el agua y que podría ser necesaria ayuda internacional.
