Mucha gente cree que el viernes 13 es un día de mala suerte. Esta idea proviene de una superstición, que es cuando la gente cree que algo trae mala suerte sin pruebas.
El número 12 parece completo, como los 12 meses de un año. El número 13 viene después del 12, y la gente lo considera extraño o de mala suerte. Algunas personas también consideran que el viernes trae mala suerte. Algunas historias dicen que ocurrieron cosas importantes y tristes los viernes. Un gran acontecimiento fue el viernes 13 de octubre de 1307, cuando detuvieron a muchos templarios. Eso hizo que la gente pensara más en la mala suerte de esa fecha.
Ahora, el viernes 13 aparece en libros, películas e historias espeluznantes. Algunas personas le tienen miedo, y ese miedo tiene un largo nombre: paraskevidekatriafobia. Pero la mayoría de la gente sabe que es un día normal más.
