La gente comparte vídeos falsos de la erupción de un volcán en Santorini en TikTok y X. La IA crea algunos vídeos, mientras que otros vídeos son reales, pero hay información errónea. Confundieron a mucha gente.
Un vídeo muestra lava en el mar, pero los expertos observaron detalles extraños, como agua poco realista. Otro vídeo de gente corriendo parece falso porque sus caras están borrosas. Un tercer vídeo muestra humo real, pero en realidad es de la erupción de Nueva Zelanda de 2019.
Algunas personas creen que Turquía hizo estos vídeos para perjudicar al turismo de Santorini. Santorini tiene verdaderos problemas. Desde enero, más de 800 pequeños terremotos han sacudido la isla, y mucha gente se ha marchado. Nadie sabe si se producirá un terremoto mayor. El gobierno griego está dando 3 millones de euros para ayuda.
