Exxon compra Pioneer – nivel 1

Exxon Mobil es una gran empresa petrolera. Exxon va a comprar otra empresa llamada Pioneer Natural Resources.
Este acuerdo supone mucho dinero, 59.500 millones de dólares. Cuando este acuerdo esté listo, Exxon se convertirá en la mayor empresa de la Cuenca Pérmica. La Cuenca Pérmica es uno de los yacimientos petrolíferos más importantes de Estados Unidos. Exxon pagará este acuerdo con sus propias acciones. El precio de cada acción es de 253 dólares. Es más de lo que suelen costar las acciones de Pioneers. El acuerdo une a la mayor petrolera de Estados Unidos con otra empresa de gran éxito, Pioneer.
El acuerdo estará listo a principios de 2024.
