Fondo de recuperación de la UE – nivel 2

La UE hizo un plan llamado RR para ayudar a los países después de COVID-19. Dieron 723.000 millones de euros para ello.
El RRF da dinero a los países en forma de subvenciones o préstamos. Las subvenciones ayudan con proyectos verdes y digitales y los préstamos ayudan con la recuperación. Pero el FRR terminará en 2026. Funciona junto con otros planes de la UE.
El COVID-19 perjudicó mucho a algunas empresas. Especialmente aquellos en los que el contacto personal es importante, como el turismo y las tiendas. Las pequeñas empresas tuvieron problemas como retrasos en los pagos y falta de cosas para vender. Algunas personas perdieron su trabajo, sobre todo las que tenían menos estudios. El FRR intenta ayudar a los países de la UE y a las personas tras el COVID-19.
