Los drones ayudan a reforestar Brasil – nivel 2

En una iniciativa con visión de futuro, la ciudad brasileña de Río de Janeiro colabora con la startup Morfo para emplear drones en la reforestación.
Lanzada conjuntamente por el ayuntamiento y Morfo, esta iniciativa verde aprovecha la tecnología avanzada para acelerar la reforestación en paisajes difíciles. Los drones equipados con inteligencia artificial (IA) analizan los datos del suelo y de las especies autóctonas para identificar las zonas óptimas para la siembra de especies locales.
Este método resulta muy eficaz. Cada dron dispersa 180 cápsulas de semillas por minuto, lo que supone multiplicar por 100 la velocidad de los métodos manuales tradicionales. El uso de drones y de IA acelera el proceso de cultivo de las plántulas y su transporte a los lugares de plantación.
