Fujitsu, gigante tecnológico japonés, está probando una oficina adaptada a los perros en Kawasaki, cerca de Tokio. Se inspiran en Silicon Valley.
La prueba durará hasta finales de este año, y la idea principal es mejorar el bienestar y la productividad de los empleados. Un estudio reveló que tener perros en el trabajo favorece la interacción social, la comunicación entre departamentos y la satisfacción laboral en general. La oficina para perros tiene una alfombra a prueba de manchas, comida para perros gratuita y una zona de juegos interior para hacer pausas rápidas entre reuniones. Los empleados alérgicos o a los que no les gusten los perros no tienen por qué preocuparse. La zona para perros está separada y es accesible a través de un ascensor especial en la planta 25.
