El actor francés Gérard Depardieu fue declarado culpable de agredir sexualmente a dos mujeres en el rodaje de una película en 2021.
Fue condenado a 18 meses de prisión, pero no irá a la cárcel a menos que vuelva a hacer algo malo. No podrá participar en elecciones durante dos años e ingresará en una lista especial de delincuentes sexuales. Las dos mujeres trabajaron en la película. Una era diseñadora de vestuario y la otra ayudante. Depardieu dijo que no hizo nada malo, pero aceptó que utilizó palabras malsonantes y tocó a una mujer durante una pelea. Les pagará 1.000 y 2.000 euros.
Más de 20 mujeres le acusaron. Sólo un caso llegó a los tribunales, pero es posible que otro caso de 2018 también llegue pronto a los tribunales. Depardieu quiere recurrir la decisión del tribunal.
