En un vídeo compartido por la Policía de Transporte Británica, se puede ver a un hombre desconocido empujando entre las barreras del paso a nivel de Brimsdown, en Hertfordshire.
Tras forzar la barrera, el hombre se dirige despreocupadamente a las vías, cruzándolas justo a tiempo cuando pasa un tren zumbando. Cuando el hombre llega al otro lado, mira a la izquierda y evita por muy poco ser arrollado por el tren.
En un comunicado, las autoridades declararon que el comportamiento imprudente del hombre podría haberle costado la vida. Los funcionarios también señalaron que las señales de advertencia, las barreras y las luces intermitentes están ahí por una razón. Algunos trenes viajan a gran velocidad, y un tren, que una persona cree que está lejos, podría estar cerca en cuestión de segundos.
