Los jueces dicen que Bolsonaro quiere acabar con la democracia. En enero de 2023, sus partidarios irrumpen en edificios gubernamentales. Cuatro jueces dicen que esto es cierto; sólo un juez dice que no hay suficiente información al respecto. Algunos amigos de Bolsonaro también van a la cárcel.
