Corea del Norte no permite que la gente disfrute de películas o música surcoreanas. Hay castigos muy estrictos desde 2020. El vídeo advierte a la gente de Corea del Norte. Muestra a muchos estudiantes. Llevan mascarillas. Probablemente sea durante la pandemia de COVID.
