Bután construye una nueva ciudad – nivel 2

Bután está construyendo una nueva ciudad en su frontera con India para ayudar a su economía e impedir que se marchen personas cualificadas. El Primer Ministro afirma que esto podría aumentar la población de Bután hasta los tres millones de habitantes.
La ciudad, llamada Galu Mindfulness City (GMC), será ecológica, segura y moderna. El gobierno sólo permitirá que participen en el proyecto algunas empresas.
El gobierno está mejorando las carreteras y los pasos fronterizos, e India está ayudando construyendo un ferrocarril a Bután. La ciudad utilizará energía hidroeléctrica y seguirá las tradiciones butanesas de felicidad y atención plena. Tardará 21 años en terminarse. Mucha gente cree que la GMC hará más rico a Bután, traerá mejores carreteras y creará puestos de trabajo. El gobierno quiere hacer crecer la economía pero mantener fuerte su cultura.
