Los vídeos cortos creados por la IA, llamados AI slop, están por todas partes en Internet. Suelen durar unos ocho segundos y pueden engañar fácilmente a la gente.
Estos vídeos parecen reales pero muestran noticias, catástrofes o acontecimientos falsos. Se difunden rápidamente porque la gente los comparte enseguida. Los expertos dicen que para hacer vídeos de IA más largos se necesita mucha potencia informática. Podemos encontrar vídeos falsos si buscamos señales como formas extrañas de manos, palabras sin sentido o ausencia de movimiento de la cámara. Algunas empresas, como Google, intentan marcar los vídeos de IA con marcas de agua secretas, pero es difícil verlas. La gente debe tener cuidado, comprobar otras páginas antes de creerse algo y dejar de compartir vídeos que parezcan raros.
