Etiopía tiene una nueva presa en el Nilo Azul. Es la mayor presa de África. Se necesitan 14 años para construirla.
La presa puede producir electricidad para millones de personas. Muchos hogares de Etiopía no tienen electricidad, así que la gente cree que la presa cambiará esta situación. Algunas familias dan dinero para ayudar a construirla. El gobierno dice que es un proyecto para todo el país.
Pero no todo el mundo está contento. A Egipto y Sudán les preocupa que la presa quite agua al Nilo. Quieren hablar, pero no es fácil ponerse de acuerdo. Etiopía dice que la presa es segura y no les perjudicará. La presa también dará energía a otros países. Mucha gente lo considera algo estupendo.
