En Brandeburgo (Alemania), unos niños llamados ‘Roly Kids‘ aprenden a desplazarse en silla de ruedas en un parque de patinaje.
Un voluntario, Matthias Wagner, les ayuda a practicar cosas como hacer caballitos y levantarse después de caerse. Matthias empezó a utilizar una silla de ruedas hace sólo un año, por lo que comprende lo difícil que puede resultar al principio. Dice que cuando la gente recibe por primera vez una silla de ruedas, a menudo se siente muy confusa.
Los Roly Kids se reúnen todas las semanas para mejorar el uso de sus sillas de ruedas y divertirse. Matthias dice a los padres que no se preocupen demasiado por sus hijos, porque tienen que aprender a hacer las cosas por sí mismos.
