En Japón, la policía ha establecido nuevas normas para los ciclistas. El año pasado se produjeron muchos accidentes porque los ciclistas no respetaban la ley.
Ahora, si haces algo peligroso, la policía puede ponerte una multa azul y tendrás que pagar una sanción. Por ejemplo, no puedes usar el móvil ni llevar un paraguas mientras vas en bici. También tienes que parar en los semáforos en rojo y no circular por la acera en algunas zonas. Mucha gente está comprando chubasqueros ahora porque ya no pueden usar paraguas.
La policía quiere que todo el mundo esté seguro, sobre todo las personas que van andando. Si tienes 16 años o más, tienes que seguir estas normas o pagar una multa.
