Siria tiene muchas bombas enterradas. Siguen ahí tras 14 años de guerra. Siguen siendo peligrosas. La gente puede morir.

Un grupo llamado HALO Trust ayuda a limpiar la tierra. Trabajan en un pueblo llamado Sarak. El trabajo es lento y difícil. Algunas personas se van a casa antes de que sea seguro. Algunas personas pagan a otros trabajadores para que limpien la tierra. Estos trabajadores no son seguros. No tienen formación suficiente. A veces mueren.

HALO Trust quiere más gente y más herramientas. También ayudan a la gente a aprender lo que es seguro. Algunos trabajadores pierden una pierna o un brazo, pero siguen ayudando. Muchas personas y animales no están a salvo porque las bombas siguen allí.
