La UE tiene un gran plan llamado FRR. Ayuda a los países de la UE después de COVID-19. Dan 723.000 millones de euros para ello.
El FRR da dinero a los países para ayudarles. El RRF es sólo para los países que están en la UE. Parte del dinero es gratuito. Se llaman subvenciones. Los países no tienen que devolver este dinero. El FRR también concede préstamos. Un préstamo es dinero que debes devolver. El FRR finalizará en 2026. Funciona junto con otros planes de la UE.
COVID-19 perjudica mucho a algunos negocios, como el turismo y las tiendas. Las pequeñas empresas tienen problemas como la morosidad. Algunas personas pierden su trabajo. Es importante ayudar a los países y a las personas después de COVID-19.
